Recent improvements

Drag and drop subtitle files (.srt) onto the player to load. You can drag and drop external subtitles and torrents on Popcorn Time.

We added an “watched icon” to the episode that you played last time. Now, you can manually mark a video watched so you can update your progress.

The eye icon indicates whether or not a video was watched. We didn’t forget about our power users. Since we took over this project, it has been requested that you keep the downloaded files even after Popcorn Time is closed.

Advanced Settings

After you have watched the video, files are not shared via P2P.

It’s not finished yet; we have improved the general performance, refined our subtitle selection, and added new languages. (Hello Croatians! Thais! Vietnameses? Please enjoy some popcorn! You can find a list of changes at the end of this post.
